Life indeed gives us ample opportunities to get bent out of shape, but I can’t help but wonder if anyone has mentioned beautifully bending your way back to you? Hi, my name is Erica - founder of The YogE Studio - and I can tell you a thing or two about returning to center. When stress and anxiety threatened to overtake me, I discovered the healing power of minding my motions. Stretch. Flex. Breeeaaaathe. 

 

To my surprise, a global push to pivot landed me in pose after pose that satisfied my curiosity and opened my eyes to a new passion. Yoga illuminated the path to holistic wellness and I dare not keep it to myself! It is my pleasure to welcome you to just what you needed - a place to position yourself for peace.

 

Before preconceived notions take over, allow me to counter those swirling thoughts of this isn’t for me. I assure you it is! Yoga is an inclusive yet personal journey that reaches far beyond controlled movements. As a trained instructor, I help clients experience calmness through yoga poses, breathwork, meditation, and mindfulness. The YogE Studio is where you make room for you.

Founder and certified yoga instructor, Erica understands that no matter how unrelenting our responsibilities may be, making time for self is a must. That is why she is passionate about creating opportunities for on-the-go ladies to stretch, pose, breathe, and simply be. As one who has managed stress and anxiety by utilizing yoga and breathwork techniques, this Chicagoland native’s aim is to offer engaging experiences for budding yogis to calm their minds, move their bodies, and center their souls.
